Our workbooks are digital products delivered immediately as a PDF download. Because the content is accessible as soon as payment is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds once the download has been accessed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that will be available for immediate download, and that your right of withdrawal lapses upon accessing the download.
